The Financial Services Regulatory Commission – Nevis Branch’s (FSRC – Nevis Branch) attention has recently been drawn to a reproduction of an Endorsement Certificate for Articles of Dissolution in the name of Finback Holding Inc which purports to have been issued by the Registrar of Companies on the 01st day of July 2013.
The FSRC – Nevis Branch can confirm that no Articles of Dissolution were delivered to the Registrar in the name of Finback Holding Inc. Additionally, in accordance with Section 119(1) of the Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance 2017, Finback Holding Inc was removed from the register of corporations for failure to pay its annual renewal registration fee on the 03rd day of January 2014.
Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution if presented with the above mentioned fake documents bearing the name Finback Holding Inc.
The public is encouraged to provide the FSRC – Nevis Branch with any information on any improper activities which entities registered in Nevis are purportedly involved in.
