The Financial Services Regulatory Commission – Nevis Branch’s (FSRC – Nevis Branch) attention has recently been drawn to a reproduction of a Certificate of Formation in the name of GT INTERNATIONAL LLC which purports to have been issued by the Registrar of Companies on the 20th day of May, 2021.
The FSRC – Nevis Branch can confirm that no Articles of Organization were received to form a Limited Liability Company in the name of GT INTERNATIONAL LLC.
Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution if presented with the above mentioned fake document(s) bearing the name GT INTERNATIONAL LLC.
The public is encouraged to provide the FSRC – Nevis Branch with any information on any improper activities which entities registered in Nevis are purportedly involved in.
