It has been brought to our attention that Crypto Bank of Nevis through its website https://bankofnevis.com/ is purporting to be a licensed banking provider of the following crypto and blockchain banking services:
- Crypto Savings
- Fixed Crypto Account
- Loans
The FSRC – Nevis Branch can confirm that Crypto Bank of Nevis has never been licenced in the island of Nevis as per the provisions of the Nevis International Banking Ordinance, 2014. Additionally, no international banking licence application has ever been submitted or received for and on behalf of Crypto Bank of Nevis.
Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise caution if solicited by Crypto Bank of Nevis to conduct/engage in crypto and blockchain banking services.
