Pursuant to section 4 (1) of the Money Services Business Act, Cap 21.21, the Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC) – Nevis Branch wishes to advise the General Public that CaribePay (Nevis) Limited “CaribePay” is currently not licensed by the FSRC to carry on business. Therefore, CaribePay is not authorised to conduct business in the island of Nevis.
