It has been brought to the attention of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) that an entity by the name of ‘BT Co-operative Finance’, having a website address of http://btcoperativefin.com/about.html, is claiming to be “licensed by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank, under the applicable Banking Act 2015, to carry on banking business in the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union”.

The ECCB wishes to advise the public that BT Co-operative Finance is not licensed and regulated by the ECCB.  No personal information in particular, user IDs, passwords, bank account numbers or credit and debit card information should be inputted anywhere on this company’s website.
